摘要
眼烧伤是烧伤中比较常见的一种类型,据资料显示,其发生率并不低,往往与颜面部烧伤合并发生或原发。由于解剖结构特殊,功能重要,治疗难度也较大,稍有不慎,往往造成眼球功能部分或全部丧失, 造成严重后果。本文通过复习文献和相关书籍,对眼烧伤的病因、机理、临床表现、治疗原则和常用药物进行综述。
Eye bum is common in all kinds of burn with high incidence and primarily occurs or is accompanied by face bums. Owing to the special anatomical structure of eye, the treatment of eye burn is more difficult than other positions. Cautious and appropriate treatment may be carried out, otherwise part or all of function of eyeball wound be Lost. By summarizing references and related books, the authors reviewed etiologies, pathogenic mechanism, clinical appearance, treatment principles and common medicaments for eye bums.
