摘要
本文对7例反复发作,久治不愈,非常棘手的结核性脑膜炎并发颅内高压综合征患者在抗痨、脱水剂、激素等综合治疗的基础上,应用清栓酶(蝮蛇抗栓酶)静脉或椎管内给药,收到了明显效果,并讨论了清栓酶的作用机理。
