摘要
1988至1990年期间,我们采用SV、CO、SI、CI、HI、TPR六项心功能指标测定了清栓酶对45例冠心病治疗前后左心功能的变化,结合临床症状和心电图的观察,45例冠心病患者的心功能改善率为73.3％。因而提示我们清栓酶在纠正心肌缺血,改善左心功能,防治心力衰竭等方面具有较好的效果,为治疗冠心病提供了一个新的药物。
We used Qingshuanmei (Viper antithrombotic enzyme) to treat45 cases of coronary heart disease in 1988 to 1990. The data of examining heart function (SV.CO.SI.CI.HI.TPR) show that the effective rate is73.3%. The facts have proved it has better cure effects on coronary heart disease. It can correct the myocazdium ischemia, improve the function of the left heart, prevent and cure heart failure erc. So it supplies the patients of coronary heart disease with a new kind of drug.
