摘要
内高压成形技术可以用来加工汽车、宇航等工业领域的许多零件。由于此项技术的影响因素较多 ,成形工艺曲线的加载路径区域窄 ,成形的最佳工艺参数较难掌握。因此 ,成形过程中就会产生形式多种多样的缺陷。本文在实验的基础上 ,对内高压成形过程中失效产生的形式及其消除方法进行了研究 ,力求得出设置最佳工艺参数的规律 ,在此基础上 ,对低塑性材料———LF2M管接头成形进行了研究 ,得出了一些有益的结果。
The internal high\|pressure forming (IHF)technology that can be applied in the fields of aerospace and automobile etc.has many advantages.Because there are many influence factors during IHF,the loading path zone is very narrow and it is difficult to retain the optimum parameters.Therefore,many types of failures will appear.In this paper,how to remove these types of failures during internal high pressure forming is studied,based on which,the relations among the workpiece geometry,the design of tool,process and the forming results are recognized,and some good results have been obtained.
