摘要
分别研究了戊醛在液体碱和固体碱存在下进行的缩合反应。考察了不同正异比的戊醛混合物在相应条件下的反应性能。结果表明,以11.1~13.6 g/100 mL的 NaOH水溶液作稀碱,氢氧化钠与戊醛的体积比为1:1~2时,可获得大于99%的醛转化率和大于 97%的烯醛选择性。回收的稀碱液与新鲜碱液混合后可循环使用。
Aldol condensation of valeraldehyde in the presence of liquid basic catalyst and the solid basic catalyst were studied respectively. The reactivity of feedstock with ratio of normal valeraldehyde to isovaleraldehyde was also shown. It was shown that the conversion of valeraldehyde and the selectivity of isodecenoic aldehydes were up to 99% and 98% respectively in 11.1 - 13.6 g/100 mL sodium hydroxide solution with volume ratio of sodium hy-droxide solution to valeraldehyde 1:1-2. It could be recycled by mixing recycled dilute sodium hydroxide solution with fresh one.
