摘要
以乙酸与双环戊二烯为原料,采用加成法合成乙酸三环癸烯酯。实验中考察了乙酸与双环戊二烯在以高氯酸为催化剂,考查了原料摩尔比、反应时间、反应温度以及催化剂用量对酯化率的影响。确定最佳工艺条件:乙酸与双环戊二烯摩尔比为1:1.3,高氯酸为催化剂,催化剂用量为2.5%,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为5h。在此条件下合成的乙酸三环癸烯酯收率为85.75%。
Verdyl acetate was synthetized in addition process which used dicyclopentadiene and acetic acid as the basic material.Mole ratio of raw material,reaction time,temperature of reaction and the catalyst dosage for the influence of esterification rate were studied in this experiment,and high chlorine acid is used as catalyst.The best technological conditions : acetic acid∶dicyclopentadiene is 1∶1.3(mol),catalyst is perchloric acid,catalyst dosage is 2.5%,70℃,reaction time is 5h.The esterification rate is 85.75% under these conditions.
