摘要
用湿法制备出了具有较高取代度的羧甲基淀粉 (CMS)。通过实验得到了取代度(DS=0 .1 9)的羧甲基淀粉。实验表明 :此法工艺简单、设备投资低、耗时少。能够获得取代度较高 ,溶解性好 ,粘度高的羧甲基淀粉。
A method is introdued to prepare higher DS=0.19g Carboxyl Metheyl starch. The results Showed that the method has simple process?low cost. Consume a little, time, gain higher DS, solube and higher Viscosity Carboxyl Methyl starch.
