Research on the Plucking Period and the Storing Places of Ya Pears

摘要 通过1984年到1986年4个点的重复试验,研究了鸭梨不同采期与贮藏场所的关系。根据果实品质状况,损耗大小及贮藏生理病害等方面测定结果进行综合分析,认为河北省沧州、石家庄地区一带,适合通风库贮存的鸭梨,应于九月中下旬采收,果实生长发育155—165天,生长积温3609℃—3788℃,果实平均硬度在8.42磅/cm^2以上;适于冷库贮存的鸭梨,应于九月七日至九月中旬采收为宜,果实生长发育145—155天,生长积温3401℃—3609℃,果实平均硬度在10.27磅/cm^2以上。 The research on the relationship between plucking periods and the storage places of Ya pears has been done by doing many repeating experiments in three sites from 1984 to 1986. We have made overall analyse according to the experimental results on the fruit quality, wear and tear and the physiological disease of the storage. In our opinion, the Ya pears in the Shijiazhang and Cangzhou prefecture which are suitable to be stored in the ventilation warehouse, should be plucked in the middle and late ten-day of Sep. , 155-165 days are needed in the fruit growth, its growth accumulation centigrade should be 3609℃-3788℃, the average hardness of the fruit should be above 8.42Ib/cm^2. The Ya pears which are suitable to be stored in the cold warehouse should be picked from 7th Sep. to the mid-tea-day of this month, the fruit growth needs 145-155 days, its accumulation centigrade should be 3401℃-3609℃, the average hardness of fruit should be above 10.27Ib/cm^2.
