摘要
本试验用5个小斑菌(Helminthosporium maydis)菌株的毒素液测试了22个玉米自交系离体根冠细胞的敏感性,以分生孢子接种幼苗为对照。试验结果,供试玉米自交系的根冠细胞死亡率和接种幼苗后形成的病斑大小是高度相关的,两者的相关系数均在0.77以上。试验证明,根冠细胞分析法快速、简便、精确,在室内大规模快速鉴别玉米自交系的抗病性有极大的优越性。
The sensitivity of isolated root cap cells of twenty-two corn inbreds to Hm-toxin produced by Sisolates of Helminthosporium maydis have been studied. The experimental results showed that death rate of root cap cells treated with Hm-toxin was highly correlated with the lesion size induced by H. maydis on corn seedling leaves. The coefficient of correlation was more than 0.77 in all the isolates tested. The results indicated that it was satisfactory to use the root cap cells in bioassay to evaluate the resistance of corn inbreds against H. maydis. This bioassay not only was quick, simple and exact but could screen resistant materials on a large scale in room.
