摘要
本试验用圆斑病菌(Helminthosporium corbonum) 的粗提毒素处理单倍体玉米胚性细胞团,以未处理的细胞团为对照,用HC—毒素和活菌的分生孢子接种细胞团鉴定,初步筛选出抗圆斑病菌毒素和抗圆斑菌的细胞团。在筛选体系中,初步认为用高浓度毒素(20—25%毒素处理)体系的效果较理想。通过组织培养技术诱发玉米抗病突变体可能为玉米抗病育种开辟新的途径。
The haploid embryonic cell clones from corn were treated with crude purified Helmintosporium carbonum toxin, with untreated cell clones as contrast. Through the preliminary screening and conidial inoculation on cell clones, the resistant cell clones to HC-toxin and H.carbonum were obtained. In screening system, the result of high HC-toxin system (25—20%) was better. Therefore, using technique for tissuse culture to induce disease-resistant cell clones may open up a new way to corn resistant breeding.
