摘要
利用云南红豆杉 Taxus yunnanensis种子的单倍体胚乳 ,采用水平淀粉凝胶电泳技术 ,对分布于金沙江流域的云南红豆杉天然群体的遗传多样性和群体分化进行了研究 .对 8个酶系统 15个酶位点的分析结果表明 :该地区的云南红豆杉天然群体遗传变异水平较高 ,多态位点比率 P=0 .933,等位基因平均数 A=2 .90 ,平均期望杂合度 H e=0 .2 90 ;4个小群体间遗传分化很小 ,基因分化系数 GST=0 .0 71.云南红豆杉天然群体具有明显丰富的遗传变异和较小的群体间分化 ,其原因是云南红豆杉寿命长、风媒异花授粉、种子传播。
The genetic diversity and population differentiation of Taxus yunanensis Cheng et L K Fu were studied among four populations in the Jingsha River Valley, using the method of horizontal starch gel electrophoresis with the material of endosperm. Allozyme data for fifteen loci of eight enzymes indicated a high level of genetic variability in this region with P = 0.933 , A =2.90 and H e = 0.290 . In contrast, there existed a low degree of differentiation among the four populations( G ST =0.071). The high interpopulational variability and weak interpopulational heterogeneity of T.yunanensis in the Jingsha River Valley could be from the impacts of the following factors long life cycle, wind pollination, seed dissemination and frequent interflow of genes.
