颅脑创伤前后脑脊液和血浆中免疫活性促甲状腺素释放激素的改变

摘要 作者通过建立稳定的猫急性实验性颅脑创伤模型,采用放射免疫测定方法检测了猫颅脑伤前、伤后不同时间脑脊液(CSF)和血浆中免疫活性促甲状腺素释放激素(TRH-ir)的含量改变。发现实验组伤前、伤后2、4、6小时CSF中的TRH-ir含量(pg/ml)分别为:42.67±18.49、164.54±63.83、134.74±49.76和100.06±39.45;血浆含量分別为:43.78±10.31、413.89±58 28、324.89±57.35和194.78±47.43。而对照组相应时间CSF中的TRH-ir含量分別为;40.08±19.08、37.63±17.73、35.94上18.89和37.33±18.72;血浆含量分别为:40.56±9.21、38.33±9.50、42.80±11.76和41.86±10.34。急性颅脑创伤后CSF和血浆中的TRH-ir含量实验组较对照组有显著增高(P<0.001),并随损伤时间的延长而逐渐下降。 The concentrations of immunoreactive thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH-ir) in cerebrospinal fluid and plasma of cat were determined by radioimmunoassay before and after experimental acute traumatic head injury. The results showed the concentrations of TRH-ir (pg/ml) in CSF of experimental group before and 2, 4 and 6 hours after head injury were 42.67±18.49, 164.54±63.83, 134.74±49.76 and 100.06±39.45 respectively, and those in plasma were 43.78±10.31, 413.89±58.28, 324.89±57.34 and 194.78±47.43, while the corresponding concentrations in CSF of control group were 40.08±19.08, 37.63± 17.73, 35.95±18.89 and 37.33±18.72 and those in plasma were 40.56±9.21, 38.33± 9.50, 42.80±11.76 and 41.86±10.34 respectively. The concentrations of TRH-ir in CSF and plasma in experimental group after head injury were significantly higher than those in Control group (P<0.001). However, the elevated TRH-ir contents in CSF and plasma tap- ered off with time.
