摘要
应用细胞图像分析仪、流式细胞分析仪检测50例乳腺癌标本,同时测定其雌激素受体水平和癌细胞的分化程度,从中发现随着癌细胞分化程度越差,癌细胞雌激素受体水平越低,癌细胞核的面积却增大,异倍体肿瘤的细胞核面积明显大于二倍体肿瘤的细胞核,且S期细胞比率增高。作者认为系统地对乳腺癌标本进行图像分析,流式细胞分析仪检测及癌组织的分级和受体状态的测定,对判断乳腺癌的生物学形态和遗传特性提供了更为客观的依据,为指导临床辅助治疗提供了客观的指标。
The relationship between DNA ploidy or differentiation of nucleus and steroid hormone receptor contents was studied in 50 cases of primary breast cancer. The result indicated that estrogen receptor (ER) negative or weakly positive breast cancer had bigger nucleus, poorer differentiation and higher DNA content than ER positive cancer. Determination of DNA content by cell image showed the same result as by flow cytometry. Both DNA con- tent and steroid hormone receptor assay are proposed as additional tools for determining the biological characteristics of the cancer cell and provide more objective indicator for adjuvant systemic treatment of
