摘要 乳腺与甲状腺同属于激素应答性器官,乳腺癌与甲状腺疾病之间存在着一些共同的致病危险因素,乳腺癌患者多并发甲状腺形态学改变,甲状腺功能低下可促进乳腺癌的发病,而甲状腺功能亢进降低乳腺癌发病率。尽管甲状腺病变与乳腺癌的关系研究已有一定深入,但其具体作用机制却仍不十分清楚,尚有众多问题需深入探讨。 Breast and thyroid belong to hormone response organ. There are some common pathogenic risk factors between breast cancer and thyroid diseases. Most of the patients with breast cancer are complicated by thyroid morphologic changes. Hypothyroidism can boost the incidence of breast cancer, while hyperthyroidism can reduce the incidence of breast cancer. Although the researches on the relationship between the thyroid lesions and breast cancer have made some progress, the specific mechanism is remain unclear, and is needed in-depth study.
