提高高硅Y型沸石稀土含量的研究 被引量:13

摘要 研究发现,四氯化硅气相法制备高硅Y型沸石与稀土离子交换相结合,能使高硅Y型沸石中RE_2O_3含量达到6%~9%,在晶胞常数相近的情况下,与水热法制备USY相比,RE_2O_3含量提高近3倍,有效地提高了高硅Y型沸石的裂化活性和氢转移活性。用XBD、FT-IB,^(27)Al MAS NMB及BET-N_2吸附方法进行表征,从反应机理和制备工艺上探讨了两种制备方法提高稀土含量的差异,提出及时清理硅铝碎片,保持孔道畅通,是有效提高高硅Y型沸石中稀土含量的关键。 The research found that high-silica Y zeolite (REGHSY) with RF_2O_3 content as high as 6%-9% could be obtained by combination of SiCl_4. treatment and rare earth ion exchange. Comparing with REUSY prepared by hydrothermal method at similar unit cell size, the RE_2O_3 content of REGHSY was 3 times higher than that of REUSY. Therefore, the catalysts containing REGHSY zeolite exhibited higher cracking activity and hydrogen transfer activity. Characterization of the samples was carried out by XRD, FT-IR,^(27)Al MAS NMA and BET-N_2 adsorption. The difference of two preparation methods for increasing rare earth content was discussed based on the reaction mechanism and the preparing procedure. It was pointed out that the key of raising rare earth content was timely clearing out the extra-framework Si-Al species, and kept the channel of zeolite unblocked.
