摘要
中国区际法律冲突的产生 ,是“一国两制”的必然结果。运用“非零和博弈”中的“双赢”思想和方法解决其冲突是明智的选择 ,它不仅可以由各法域类推适用平稳过渡到统一所有实体法的阶段 ,而且更重要的是保护各法域人民的合法利益 ,促进各法域人民之间的友好往来 。
The necessity result of 'one nation, two system' engenders interregional conflict of laws of China. It is the wise choice to solve the conflicts by using the thoughts and methods of 'win win' of 'nonzero game'. It can make steady transition from analogizing application of each law region to phase of unifying all substantiality laws, but also can protect the legal profit of each law region's people, boost amicable come and go of each law region's people, implement lasting reign and peace of our country and grandeur revival of the Chinese People.
