摘要
分别研究了珩磨工艺参数和工具参数对陶瓷材料 95 Al2 O3 去除率的影响 .增大往复速度和圆周速度 ,可提高工程陶瓷的珩磨材料去除率 .应用金属结合剂金刚石油石 ,选择较大的珩磨压力 ,可提高陶瓷材料去除率 .电镀金刚石油石适于工程陶瓷的高效珩磨 .
The material removal rate of ceramics 95 Al 2O 3 is studied in terms of both honing machining and tool parameters.The ceramic removal rate can be improved by raising the reciprocal speed and spindle speed.High honing stresses can be applied to metal bonded diamond stones to obtain higher material removal rate.Plated diamond grain stones are suitable for high efficiency honing of engineering ceramics.Experimental results provide selection methods of honing parameters for engineering ceramics.
