摘要
我国从 50年代 ,就开始研究先进的结构陶瓷 ,SiC耐火制品也有 40多年的研究历史 ,在 50年代初 ,研制成功并迅速建成投产 ,满足了炼锌竖罐精馏的特殊要求[1 ] 。前苏联、日本、美国对SiC耐火材料的研究更早一些。SiC耐火材料具有优良的高温性能 ,广泛应用于化工、冶金、能源、机械、建材、刀具等领域。
People began to research the advanced structure ceramic from the 1950s in China and there was forty years for the research of silicon carbide refractory materials.In the beginning of 1950s,the research have been achieved to success and set up the factory to produce.The products could be adapted to the special request of the vertical tank rectification in refining zinc.However,in foreign countries such as the Japan,the United States,the research of silicon carbide refractory materials was earlier.Silicon carbide refractory materials have excellent high temperature properties and are used widely in chemical industry,metallurgical industry,energy,machinery,structure material and cutting tool In the paper,we introduced briefly the development of Silicon carbide refractory materials.
