摘要
引入管理学中人本管理的原理 ,结合高校学生工作的实际 ,针对当今大学生的特点 ,提出了在学生管理中如何体现出以人为本的思想 。
Based on the theory of person based management from management science, considering the current situation in the management of students in universities and characteristics of students. The paper proposes that the person based ideology be embodied in the management of students, which unified the system management and sensidbility management.
