摘要
目的 研究双 (2 ,2 ,6,6-四甲基哌啶氮氧自由基 ) (BTMPO)对阿霉素引起的小鼠心脏脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用。方法 用阿霉素造成小鼠心肌损伤模型 ,硫代巴比妥酸 (TBA)比色法测定丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果 阿霉素 2 0mg·kg- 1一次腹腔注射可引起小鼠心肌组织匀浆和血浆MDA增加 ,BTMPO 4 0mg·kg- 1能明显抑制MDA生成 ,抑制率分别为 33.2 %和 61.9%。结论 BTMPO对阿霉素所致心脏损伤有保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of Bis-(4-amino-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidinooxyl) (BTMPO) on lipid peroxidation of heart homogenate induced by adriamycin (ADR) in mice.Methods Myocardial damage was induced by ADR, and malondialdehyde (MDA) was determined by TBA method.Results ADR 20 mg·kg -1 ip markedly increased MDA formation in both heart homogenate and plasma of mice,and it were significantly decreased by ip BTMPO 40 mg·kg -1 ,the inhibition rate was 33.2% and 61.9% respectively.Conclusion It is suggested that BTMPO can protect myocardial damage induced by ADR.
