摘要
研究了 4 磺酸酯 2 ,2 ,6,6 四甲基哌啶氮氧自由基 (STMP)的抗脂质过氧化作用 .结果表明 ,STMP显著抑制丙二醛 (MDA)的生成 ,其抑制心 ,肝 ,肾MDA生成的IC50 分别为 4 .4 ,3.2及 3.7μmol·L- 1;对抗溶血反应 ,其IC50 为 318.3μmol·L- 1;但不影响O2 ÷ 的生成 .
The effect of antioxidation of 4 sulfonate 2,2,6,6 tetramethylpiperidineoxyl (STMP) in tissues and erythrocytes from rats were studied by determining malondialdehyde (MDA) formation induced by ·OH free radical generation system (Fe 2+ ascorbic acid) in homogenate of heart, liver and kidneys of rats using thiobarbituric acid colorimetric method, by measuring spectrometrically H 2O 2 caused hemolysis and by assaying superoxide anion from zymosan stimulated neutrophils of rats. The results showed that STMP markedly inhibited MDA generation caused by ·OH generation system with IC 50 value 4.4(in heart), 3.2(in liver) and 3.7(in kidneys) μmol·L -1 , respectively, antagonized H 2O 2 caused hemolysis (IC 50 =318 μmol·L -1 ), but did not affect O 2 ÷ formation from activated neutrophils. It is suggested that STMP exert their antilipoperoxidative effect by specifically scavenging ·OH free radicals and H 2O 2 in biological system.
