摘要
建立了 5 -硝基水杨酸铁分光光度法快速测定环氧琥珀酸合成液中酒石酸含量的分析方法。对测定时溶液pH的影响、体系中其它组份的干扰以及适用的质量浓度范围进行了考察 ,并对该方法的精密度和准确度进行了检验 ,相对标准偏差小于 0 8% ,标准误差低于 2 %。该方法迅速、简单、可靠。
The concentration of tartaric acid in the process of epoxysuccinic acid synthesis was determined by spectrophotometric method with ferric 5-nitrosalicylate complex.The effect of pH,the range of concentration in operation as well as interference of epoxysuccinic acid,hydrogen peroxide and maleic acid were discussed in detail. Accuracy and precision of the method was investigated.The relative standard deviation is less than 0 8%,and relative error is 2 5%.
