L-酒石酸印迹聚合物微球的反相微乳液聚合法制备及其识别性质研究

摘要 以L-酒石酸为模板,以甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,以乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)和偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)分别为交联剂和引发剂,Span80和SDBS为乳化剂,采用反相微乳液聚合法制备了L-酒石酸印迹聚合物微球。红外光谱对聚合物微球进行表征,同时利用扫描电镜观察其形貌。5-硝基水杨酸铁分光光度法测定酒石酸浓度,平衡吸附法测定印迹聚合物微球对L-酒石酸的吸附性能。 The molecularly imprinted polymeric microspheres are prepared by the reverse microemulsion polymerization method, using L--tartaric acid as imprinting molecule, MAA as functional monomer, EGDMA and AIBN as cross-- linker and initiator, respectively. Meanwhile, Span80 and SDBS are used as emulsifier. Microspheres have been charac- terized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to study their mor- phological properties. The proper adsorption ability of the MIP is studied by an equilibrium--adsorption method,and the concentration of tartaric acid is determined by spectrophotometric method with ferric 5--nit rosalicylate complex.
