摘要
文章在分析我国企业技术创新管理现状的基础上 ,提出了企业技术创新管理体系的目标及总体框架 ,对管理体系的主要内容进行了具体研究 ,并就管理体系运行的外部环境条件进行了分析。
On the basis of an analysis of the current situation of China's Management System for Corporate Technological Innovation,this article presents a target and a general framework.The main involvement of the system are studied,and the external settings for the operation of system are analyzed.
