摘要
目的：探讨急性脱髓鞘性脊髓病的临床表现及ＭＲＩ改变．方法：观察１６例病人的临床表现，并均行脊髓ＭＲＩ检查．结果：１６例病人临床表现及脊髓ＭＲＩ改变均不符合急性脊髓炎及多发性硬化的病情．结论：急性脱髓鞘性脊髓病是一类既不符合急性脊髓性亦不符合多发性硬化诊断标准的一类疾病．作者提出“急性脱髓鞘性脊髓病”这一诊断名词．
Objective: To investigate the clinical manifestation and MRI variation on acute demyelinating myelopathy. Methods: 16 patients who suffered from acute demyelinating myelopathy were observed their clinical manifestations and were performed MRI examiations on spinal cord. Results: Clinical manifestations and MRI variation of 16 cases were out of accord with the condition of acute myelitis and multiple gingival abscess. Conclusions: Acute demyelinating myelopathy might be a kind of ill that those diagnosis standard accords with neither acute myelitis nor multiple gingival abscess. Moreover, authors advance a diagnosis term of 'acute demyelinating myelopathy'.
