热疗合并羟基喜树碱对荷Lewis肺癌小鼠的作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :探讨热疗、羟基喜树碱 (HCPT)及热疗合并羟基喜树碱对荷Lewis肺癌C57BL小鼠的抗肿瘤作用。方法 :采用肿瘤生长延迟 (TGD)分析热疗、化疗对荷Lewis肺癌的C57BL小鼠的疗效。结果 :① 4 1℃、4 2℃、4 3℃热疗的TGD分别为 1 0 7d、1 4 0d、2 5 2d ,只有 4 3℃热疗组明显优于对照组 (P<0 0 0 2 )。②HCPT化疗剂量分别为 1mg/kg、2mg/kg、4mg/kg的各组TGD分别为 1 87d、4 0 0d、4 5 7d ,均明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5、P <0 0 0 1、P <0 0 0 1)。③ 4 1℃热疗与HCPT (2mg/kg)化疗、4 2℃热疗与HCPT (2mg/kg)化疗、4 3℃热疗与HCPT (2mg/kg)化疗组的TGD分别为 4 86d、5 5 7d、7 14d ,4 2℃热疗与HCPT (2mg/kg)化疗、4 3℃热疗与HCPT (2mg/kg)化疗组明显优于单独HCPT (2mg/kg)化疗组 (P <0 0 5、P <0 0 0 2 ) ,4 3℃热疗与HCPT (2mg/kg)化疗组明显优于 4 1℃热疗与HCPT (2mg/kg)化疗、4 2℃热疗与HCPT (2mg/kg)化疗组 (P <0 0 2、P <0 0 5 )。结论 :①HCPT对Lewis肺癌的抑制作用随剂量的增加而增高。②热疗对Lewis肺癌的抑制作用随温度的增加而增高。③热疗增加HCPT对Lewis肺癌的抑制作用 ,其作用随温度的增加而增高。 Objective To assess the antitumor value of hydroxycamptothecine (HCPT) and hyperthermia with hydroxycamptothecine on c57BL mice with Lewis lung carcinoma.Methods Tumor Growth Delay(TGD) were analysed at different groups.Results ①the TGD obtained at 41℃,42℃,43℃.hyperthermia was respectily 1.07 days,1 40 days,2 52 days,only 43℃ hyperthermia group was significantly raised compared with the controls( P <0 002).②The TGD aquireded at 1 mg/kg,2 mg/kg,4 mg/kg of HCPT was respectily 1 87 days,4 00 days,4 57 days,and were all prolonged( P <0 05 P <0 01 P <0 001).③The TGD was 4 86 days,5 57 days,7 14 days of groups of combined treatment of HCPT (2 mg/kg) and 41℃,42℃,43℃ hyperthermia,and tumor growth was inhibited markedly undergoing combined treatment of HCPT (2 mg/kg) and 43℃ hyperthermia.Connlusions ①The larger of the HCPT dose,the higher of chemotherapy effect.②The effect of hyperthermia was increased when the temperature was raised.③Hyperthermia can enhanced the effect of HCPT and no temperature threshold was observed between the combined treatment of HCPT and hyperthermia.
