小鼠胶质母细胞瘤紫杉醇增敏放射的实验研究

摘要 目的:通过小鼠体内实验,评价紫杉醇对胶质母细胞瘤的放射增敏作用.方法:采用小鼠胶质母细胞瘤C422制成肌肉荷瘤模型和脑荷瘤模型.肌肉荷瘤鼠给予紫杉醇或(和)肿瘤照射治疗,测出肿瘤生长延迟(TGD)时间.脑荷瘤鼠给予紫杉醇或(和)全脑照射,观察小鼠的生存期.结果:紫杉醇+照射组的TGD及寿命延长均非常显著.结论:紫杉醇能增强胶质母细胞瘤的放射生物学效应,值得进一步临床研究. Objective: To assess radiosensitive properties of taxol in muring glioblastoma in vi-vo. Methods: The mice models of muscle bearing and brain bearing tumors were prepared withglioblastoma G422. Muscle tumor-bearing mice were treated with taxol or/and radiation (RT).Tumor growth delay (TGD) assay was done. Brain tumor-bearing mice were treated with taxolor/and RT, then the survival of mice were observed. Results: In taxol plus RT group, both TGDand increase of life span were significant. Conclusion: The fact that taxol enhances radiobiologicaleffect of murine glioblastoma suggests taxol may be a promising radiosenaitizer for human glioblas-toma.
