摘要
FeCl3 浸出铅精矿 ,铅浸出率可达 99%以上 ,而铅精矿中的硫以元素硫形式在浸出渣中结晶析出 ,重结晶可回收硫磺资源 ,回收率大于 90 % ,从而消除火法炼铅工艺SO2 烟害 ;浸出液的FeCl2 分离后常压下催化氧化再生为FeCl3 ,实现浸出剂循环。
A new technology of leaching for the production of lead products from lead glance-ferric chloride system with full wet-method is suggested.The total recovery rate of Pb is up to 99.5% in 15 minutes.The advanced technology of regenerating of ferric and extraction of elemental sulfur from residue has been studied.
