摘要
研究了电催化三氯化铁浸出硫化锌精矿工艺。考察了温度、酸浓度、槽电压、搅拌速度等因素对锌浸出率的影响,在优化条件下,矿料中的硫90%以上以单质硫回收,锌浸出率可达95%以上。
The leaching process of electricity catalysis zinc sulfide concentrate in FeCl3- HCl-CaCl2 system has been studied. The following effect factors on zinc leaching ratio are investigated: temperature, acidity, trough voltage and stirring-speed. In optimum condition, zinc leaching ratio could attain 95 %, and more than 90 % sulfide in ore could be recovered in the form of sulfur element.
