摘要
建立了动力配煤新的数学模型 ,该模型中的约束条件如水分、灰分、挥发分、硫分、发热量等指标与单煤之间具有良好的线性加权关系 ;对灰熔点的约束条件 ,考虑了单煤灰分产率和配比2个基本参数 ,采用单煤灰分产率加权平均法 ,可克服原模型不能准确预测配煤灰熔点问题 .在对模型求解时 ,采用了配煤中单煤配比与基的换算关系方法 ,并给出了不同基之间的换算公式 ,提高了配煤的精度 。
A new mathematical model for steam coal blending was established. Among the indexes such as moisture, ash, sulfur and calorific capacity in the model, there exists a linear relation. The model can predict ash melting point precisely by considering a certain proportion of ash. However, different bases will affect the result of steam coal blending. The formula of conversion of different bases was given. The conversion of different bases can enhance precision of steam coal blending and perfects the new mathematical model.
