整车制造厂冲压车间生产计划编排系统研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对整车制造企业冲压车间手工编排生产计划效率低的现状,提出了一个生产计划编排系统的实现方案,并在设计过程中利用非线性规划算法建立模型平衡各生产线产能,用Excel规划求解功能求解模型。该方案使生产计划编排从手动变成自动,大大提高了工作效率,并有效地解决了车间与仓库间的数据管理和共享问题。 An implementation of auto plan formulation was proposed which aimed at improving work efficiency in press shop of automobile company. A model was built to reasonably distribute resources to balance ability of all product lines using nonlinear mixed - integer programming arithmetic in the process of design. It could get answer from the model using Excel programming. This project makes automatic plan formulation possible which enhances work efficiency and efficiently solves the problems of date management and date sharing between press shop and press depot.
