In the modern world, the exchange and application of information becomes a major target of the society's advancement. It is indispensable for the libraries to constantly strengthen 'the awareness of well-publicized knowledge arrangement, the awareness of information, the awareness of innovation, the awareness of service and the awareness of knowledge renewal' so as to meet the special retirements of the new era's development.
