摘要
在论述信息管理的缺陷、知识管理的特点和两者在内涵、产生背景、内容范围的差别的基础上,认为知识管理既是对信息管理的继承和进一步发展,也是对信息管理的扬弃,两者虽有一定区别,但联系更为重要。
On the basis of describing the shortcomings of information management (IM) , the advantages of knowledge management (KM), the definitions, backgrounds and research domains of the both, the authors conclude that KM is not only the inheritance and development but also the sublation of IM, and that there are some remarkable differences between KM and EM.
