摘要
本文采用金相、扫描电镜及化学分析法,研究了H68黄铜扁锭热轧表面裂纹的成因。分析结果表明,造成H68黄铜扁锭热轧表面裂纹的直接原因,是Pb,Bi等微量元素在晶界上偏聚所致。
The cause of formation of the cracks on the hot-rolling surfaces of H68 flat ingot was studied with metallograph, SEM and chemical analyses. Results indicate that the immediat cause of these cracks is the uneven distribution of trace elements such as Pb, Bi etc. on the crystal boundaries.
