摘要
本文介绍了桑塔纳轿车齿轮用钢20 MnCr5材料的研制简况。产品综合性能达到德国大众汽车公司企业标准要求,用其制造的齿轮变速箱装车进行跑车试验1.5万公里齿轮完好无损,后继续跑车至今仍未发现材质问题。实现了桑塔纳轿车齿轮用钢国产化。
The development of 20MnCr5 steel for gears to be used in the Volks-Wagen cars is briefly introduced in this paper. The combined properties of the steel meet the requirements of the Volks-Wagen Standard, Germany. The gear box made from the steel is excellent without any damages after the 15,000 Km test. The subsequent test shows no quality problems of the material. The local manufacture of steel for gears in SANTANA cars has thus been realized.
