摘要
本文综合论述电弧炉用的石墨电极消耗的主要原因是电极的侧面氧化,占电极总耗量的50~70%;其次为尖端耗损,占25~40%;再次为折断耗损。介绍了国內外10种控制电极耗损的措施并着重指出加强管理改进操作对降低电极消耗具有重要作用。
This paper reviews the consumption of graphite electrodes in EAF, which is thought to be firstly due to their side oxidation, making up to 70% of the total consumption. 25鈥?0% consumption is attributed to tip wears and the remainings are caused by breaking of electrodes. Nine means used for consumption control at home and abroad are introduced in this paper, stressing on the important roles of management strengthening and operation improvement in reducing electrode consumption.
