摘要
分析了LF炉石墨电极端面消耗、侧面消耗、折断消耗的机理。通过选择合理供电参数、优化造渣制度、建立精准底吹氩模式、设计新型电极拧紧扳手等有效措施,电极吨钢消耗从0.40kg降低到0.22kg,确保了精炼钢生产的稳定顺行。
This article analyzed the consumption mechanism of the LF furnace electrode. The electrode consumpUon lnCluaes me enu consumption, the side consumption and broken consumption. Through selecting reasonable power supply parameters, optimizing slagging system, establishing precise bottom blowing argon model, designing new tightening wrench for the electrode and other effective measures, the electrode consumption smelting one ton steel decreased to 0.22 kg from 0.40 kg, ensuring refining stable smooth operation.
