摘要
对培养的异位子宫内膜及腹腔液巨噬细胞分组加入孕三烯酮及米非司酮药物 ,观察其细胞生长情况及形态学变化 ,同时进行细胞凋亡率检测等研究 ,探讨子宫内膜异位症的临床治疗。方法 :对 12例患子宫内膜异位症妇女异位子宫内膜的离体组织及腹腔液进行细胞培养 ,在相同的生长期 ,分别加入一定剂量的孕三烯酮或米非司酮后 ,观察细胞的生长状况并用流式细胞仪检测其凋亡率。结果 :加入药物后 ,细胞的生长速度减慢 ,其凋亡率较未用药组明显增加 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而两种药物在同一种细胞 ,相同作用时间的凋亡率无统计学意义。结论 :孕三烯酮及米非司酮对异位子宫内膜细胞及腹腔液巨噬细胞有抑制作用 ,并且可以诱导异位子宫内膜细胞及腹腔液巨噬细胞的凋亡。
Objective:to explore the methods of medicine treatment of endometriosis in clinical,we added various Gestrinone or Mifepriston to cells of ectopic endometrium and peritoneal fluid macrophages that we cultivated,meanwhile,we detected their apoptotic rate.Methods:We observed their growth and detected their apoptotic rate by FLOW CYTOMETER after the same growth term,the cell of isolated ectopic endometrium and peritoneal fluid macrophages that we cultivated from 12 patients with endometriosis.Results:The speed of cell growth was significantly decreased and their apoptotic rate was significantly increased compared with those of the control group(P<0.05),but no difference between Gestrinone and Mifepriston.Conclusions:Gestrinone and Mifepriston can restrain the ectopic endometrium and peritoneal fluid macrophages and induce them to apoptosis.The medicines play an important role in the treatment of endometriosis in clinical.
