摘要
对手术方法复制的兔子宫内膜异位症模型,按每千克体重分别应用三烯高诺酮0.06mg、0.12mg及0.24mg(高诺酮组)进行治疗,并与应用丹那唑(每千克体重20mg)(丹那唑组)及空白对照组进行比较。结果:高诺酮组异位子宫内膜重量较对照组明显减轻;内膜明显萎缩;血清卵泡刺激素、黄体生成激素和雌二醇水平下降,孕酮无明显变化。高诺酮组中每千克体重应用0.12mg者的抑制效应,与丹那唑组相似。提示:三烯高诺酮能明显地抑制异位子宫内膜的生长,可用于治疗子宫内膜异位症。
bjective To study the therapeutic effects of gestrinone on experimental endometriosis in rabbits.Methods Mature female rabbits were laparotomized under sterile condition and three or four seg-ments of endometrium (7mm ×7mm) were sutured to the mesentery of uterus, Seven weeks after oper-ation these animals were divided into 5 groups: control; treated with danazol 20mg/kg; gestrinone0.06,0.12,0.24mg/kg for 4 weeks respectively. At the end treatrnent they were laparotomized again. The ectopic endometrial implants were weighted and their morphologic features were analysed quantita-tively by semi-autornatic image analysis system, meanwhile serum follicular stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormore (LH) , estradiol (E_2) and progesterone (P) concentrations were determinedby radioimmnoassay.Results Decreased weight and atrophy of ectopic endometrial lmplants were shown in all experi-mental groups, except for control and 0.06mg/kg gestrinone treated-group. In 0.12,0.24mg/kggestrinone treated-group, except for P serum FSH, LH and E_2, concentrations decreased significantly. The degree of inhibition on ectopic lesions of 0.12mg gestrinone group was similar to that of danazolgroup. conclusions Gestrinone inhibits the growth of ectopic endometrial implants in a dose-dependent manner and showed a significant therapeutic effects on experimental endometriosis in rabbits.
