摘要
目的 掌握陕西省农村社区 0～ 1 8个月婴幼儿母亲喂养知识水平及影响因素的状况。方法 抽取 3 3 7例 0～ 1 8个月婴幼儿母亲进行问卷调查。结果 婴幼儿母亲的喂养知识合格率为 5 7% ,与母亲文化程度、产前检查、产后访视次数、当地村医给予宣传指导等因素相关。结论 进一步证实提高母亲文化程度、增加产前检查、产后访视次数、更新村医的喂养知识及观念 ,是促进母亲掌握喂养知识的关键。
Objective To know the status and influence factors about feeding knowledge of mothers with 0～18 month old infant at rural community in Shaanxi province. Methods We selected 337 mothers whose infants were 0～18 month old to give a face to face interview with same questionnaire.Results The qualified rate of mastering feeding knowledge in mothers was 57%. It was associated with the following factors: mother's education level, times of examination before delivery, times of follow-up after delivery and propaganda and direction from villege doctor (the differences were significant). Conclusion It was further proved that improving mother's education,increasing times of examination before delivery, increasing times of follow-up after delivery and renewing the villege doctors' feeding knowledge and idea are the keys to promote mothers to know feeding knowledge.
