摘要
目的分析营养教育对家长喂养儿童的知识、态度、行为的作用及影响因素,探索在贫困农村现有经济条件下有效开展营养干预的途径和方法。方法对随机抽取的3个国家级贫困县的6个乡内5岁以下儿童母亲进行为期一年的营养知识教育,观察教育前后喂养知识、态度和行为的改变。结果儿童母亲的营养知识和喂养知识评分有了显著性提高(P<0.05),喂养态度有了明显转变,肉类、蔬菜、水果以及蛋类等食物的摄入频率有不同程度增加。地区、民族、文化程度、家庭经济水平是营养教育效果的主要影响因素。结论营养教育能显著提高儿童母亲营养知识水平,改善喂养儿童的行为,但应考虑不同地区人群的具体情况才能取得良好效果。
Objective To analysis the factors of the nutrition education effects on parents' children complementary feeding knowledge, attitude and practice. And to explore the effective approach of nutrition intervention in underdeveloped rural areas. Methods The parents selected from 6 villages in 3 country level poor counties were given the nutrition education, then the changes of parents' knowledge, attitude and practices were investigated and analyzed. Results Significant differences (P 〈0.05) of nutrition knowledge scores and much more positive attitude on children feeding were observed between the baseline and final survey after the implementation of nutrition education. The intake of animal food such as meat and eggs, vegetables and fruits achieved great increase. Areas, nationality, education status, family economic status were the key factors of nutrition education effects. Conclusion Nutrition education will greatly increase parents' nutrition and feeding knowledge level, and improve the complementary feeding practices. Therefore, the specific conditions of different population should be taken into consideration in order to achieve better effects of nutrition education.
