摘要
目的 了解高速牙钻法拔除下颌智齿后拔牙创的愈合状况。方法 2 10例下颌需拔除的智齿 ,随机分成2组 ,分别用高速牙钻和牙凿辅助去除阻力 ,观察比较拔牙创愈合情况。结果 牙钻组拔牙后并发症明显少于骨凿组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;同一个体使用不同方法拔除智齿后牙槽窝伤口内微生物状态无明显差异 ;牙槽窝骨密度恢复早期有差异 ,但长期无明显差异。
Objective To realize healing conditions of the wound after mandibular impacted third molars were extracted with the use of high speed turbine dental drills. Methods 210 mandibular impacted third molars were divided into 2 groups at random. The resistance during the extraction was removed by a high speed turbine dental drill or a dental chisel. Then the healing conditions of the wound were observed. Results Complications after extraction in dental drill group were significantly less than those in dental chisel group. The status of microorganisms in the wound was not significantly different between two groups for the same person; The recovery of bone density of alveolar sockets was different in the early time, however there was no significantl difference in the long term. Conclusion The healing after third molars surgery with high speed turbine dental drills might be better than that with dental chisels.
