摘要
目的:观察碘仿-甲硝唑明胶海绵预防干槽症的效果。方法:选择下颌阻生智齿拔出术110例,随机分成观察组62例,牙拔出后牙槽窝内置入碘仿-甲硝唑明胶海绵,咬棉球20min;对照组48例,牙拔除后只咬普通消毒棉球30min。结果:观察组术后肿痛程度明显轻于对照组,有显著性差异,观察组1例发生干槽症,发生率1.6%,对照组4例发生干槽症,发生率8.3%,经统计学分析有显著性差异。结论:碘仿-甲硝唑明胶海绵能有效预防阻生智齿拔除术后的干槽症。
OBJECTIVE： To observe the effect of Iodoform - metronidasole gelatin sponge preventing dry socket. METHOD ： no cases of mandibul impacted wisdom tooth arraehment were ehesed to kbserve, 62 eases of which were divided to the observation group randonly, in which who bit cotton ball for about 20 minutes after, the pull - out tooth built into Iodoform - metronidasole gelatin sponge, and 48 eases were to the control group, in which who only bit ordinary cotton ball for 30 minutes after the pull - out hooth. RESULTS ： The Pestoporation swelling pain degnee was abvionlly lighter in the observation group than in control group, after slatistical analysis there was a significant difference between the two groups, the observation group had one case ouwined dry socket, and the rate is 1.6% ; and the after had four cases, and the rate is 8.3%. CONCLUSION： The Iodoform - metronidasole gelatin sponge can be effectively preventing dry socket after the impacted wisdom tooth arrachment.
