摘要
目的 探讨分析端粒酶、C erbB 2癌基因蛋白在乳腺肿瘤中的表达及意义。方法 应用免疫组化等方法 ,对 16 5例患者分别进行检测。结果 端粒酶、C erbB 2主要表达于癌细胞中 ,均与腋淋巴结转移密切相关 (P <0 0 1)。且二者均在乳腺癌前病变中有表达。结论 二者联合 ,即可用于鉴别乳腺良、恶性病变 ,又可做为早期诊断指标 ,亦可用于判断预后。
Objective To study the correlation about expression of telomerase and C-erbB-2 in breast tumor.Method One hunderd and sixty-five cases of breast disease were studied by immunohistochemical analysis.Result Expression of Telomerase and C-erbB-2 was in carcinoma cells and closely related with armpit lymph node's metastases (P<0.01). Particularly, they have expression in breastprecancerous lesion. Conclusion Telomerase and C-erbB-2 are not only used in distinguishing benign and malignant diseases but also regarded as early diagnosis target of breast cancer.
