环氧酶的生理功能及其抑制剂的药理作用 被引量：1

摘要 环氧酶 (COX)是花生四烯酸生成前列腺素的关键酶 ,由Vaned在 1 971年首先发现 ,并在 1 991年证实有同工酶COX - 2存在。大量证据表明COX - 1在大多数组织呈结构性表达 ,而COX - 2在炎症过程中通过诱导性表达 ,两种酶之间在生化结构上除少量差异外 ,大部分均很相似。最近研究显示 ,COX - 2在肾、脑也呈结构性表达 ,并在其发育成熟和重要功能中发挥作用。基于COX - 2在Aizheimer病和结肠癌中表达 ,故选择性COX -
