摘要
应用均生函数建立了哈尔滨市短期气候预测模型 ,并进行了试报和检验。结果表明 ,该方法对哈尔滨市的短期气候有较强的预测能力 ,尤其对极值有较好的拟合和预测能力。
Mean generation function is used to build the prediction model on short climate prediction of HRB CITY.Prediction and test is took to it.The result is that the means has stronger prediction ability to short climate,especially prediction fit of extremum has better ability.
