摘要
本文介绍了近年来红外及远红外技术中探测器材和探测器体系结构的一些新发展,并介绍了HgCdTe探测器,非本征光电导体,多量子阱红外探测器,高温超导红外探测器和肖特基势垒混频器五种新的探测器及探测机理。
In this paper, recent progress and some achievement in IR and FIR materials and detectors technology are introduced.Five new detectors and some detection mecha- nisms are reviewed in these area: HgCdTe detectors, extrinsic photoconductors, multi- quantum well infrared detectors, high temperature superconductor detectors and Shottky barrier mixers.
