摘要
本文探讨了微生物细胞固定化的方法。采用海藻酸钙为载体固定化活性污泥细胞,制成好氧流化床反应器处理含氰废水,进行了若干条件选择,研究了pH对去除CN^-、COD_(cr)的影响,实验取得了较好结果。
The immobilized microbial cells method was selected through the experiment. The wastewater containing cyanide with organism was treated in an aerobic fluidized-bed reacter filled with immobilized activated sludge cells by Ca-Alginate gel and several conditional selections have been done to study the effects of pH on removing CN-and COD_(or). The results showed a good prospect of immobilized microbial cells in Wastewater treatment.
