摘要
本文介绍了新型喂线机的结构特点和有关性能参数 ,在总结国内外喂线机设备优缺点的基础上 ,本次设计选用了双流双速、链式传动、三轮送线、弹簧夹紧、整体升降、变频调速、自动计数等一系列优化方案 ,在包钢连铸投入使用后 。
The structure property and relative performance parameters of new-type feeding wire are introduced. Some optimizing plans such as dual strand dual speed, chain driving, spring clipping, integral lifting, auto counting were selected on the analysis of such equipment at home and abroad. It can meet the feeding process after the continuous caster put into use at the corporation.
