摘要
作为完善均质烧结工艺的重要技术之一 ,二次连续低温点火器在柳钢烧结厂被研制出来 ,并在 5 0m2 烧结机上应用。与传统点火器及初期开发的二次低温点火器相比 ,可使料层中的热分布和温度分布更加均匀 ,从而使烧结矿产质量提高 。
As an important technology for perfecting the uniform sintering process, a continuous and low temperature bi ignitor was developed and was applied to 50m 2 sintering plant in Liuzhou I&S Co Compared with the traditional ignitor and the first generation low temperature bi-ignitor,it can makes the distributions of heat and temperature inner mix bed more uniform Consequently, the quantity and the quality of sinter were improved and the sintering energy consumption was descreased
